17-year-old driver arrested after collision with TTC bus in Scarborough – Toronto

Toronto police say they have arrested a 17-year-old driver after a collision involving a car and a TTC bus on Thursday night.

Police say the accident occurred near Morningside and Steeles streets around 11 p.m.

Police said the vehicle collided with the TTC bus and an airbag was deployed in the vehicle.

Investigators said the driver of the vehicle fled on foot but was soon found.

A teenage boy has been arrested.
