5-vehicle crash in Caledon leaves 2 people critically injured: police – Toronto

Two people were seriously injured after five cars collided in Caledon, police said.

Ontario Police said the incident occurred on Highway 10. The road between Old Baseline Road and Charleston Side Road was closed after the collision.

Police said two victims were taken to a trauma center with life-threatening injuries.

No word on whether anyone else was injured.

Police said the road is likely to be closed for several hours in the afternoon.
