Former 90 Day Fiancé star Sophie Sierra was unrecognizable while showing off her “revenge body” after a weight loss transformation.
Sierra most recently appeared in 90 Day: The Last Resort alongside her then husband, Rob Warne—although the couple reportedly split in May 2023.

On Dec. 22, Sierra, 26, took to Instagram with a trio of photos showing off her new look.
“I have lost almost 30 lbs since filming the show, and since then I have been working on becoming the best version of myself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually ✨,” she captioned her update.
Although Sierra rocked blond hair in the TLC series, her hair is now stunningly black. The photos showed her wearing purple leggings, a sports bra, tennis shoes, and headphones while posing for mirror selfies—and looking seriously toned— at a gym.
“I have struggled with body image the majority of my life, but I am finally in a place where I have a great relationship with food & working out,” she added. “I now love and accept myself just how I am, whether I’m heavier or skinner, because at the end of the day as long as I am healthy and happy that’s all that matters.”
Sierra concluded, “We should stop being so hard on ourselves & each other, especially as women, because we are more than just our body and all bodies are beautiful 🤍.”
In the comments, her followers praised her progress and message. One Instagram user wrote, “You look amazing now, but also you look amazing in resort too!! 💙❤️.”
Another declared, “You look great 🔥,” while someone else wrote, “You look amazing. I bet Rob is drooling now.”
