Shania Twain recently had some fun away from the stage when she took a tropical vacation with her husband, Frédéric Thiébaud. The ‘90s “Queen of Country Pop” took to social media over the weekend with a carousel of photos showing her spending some time beachside with friends and with the love of her life.
“Well, that was fun 🤩,” Twain captioned the set of photos on Sunday (Sept. 7).
The round of images showcases Twain looking fashionable in a white dress featuring large roses and a leopard-printed belt wrapped around her waist. She accessorized her outing look with a pair of brown leather sandals and dangly earrings.

The snapshots come just one week after Twain celebrated her birthday. The “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!” powerhouse marked turning 60 years old on Aug. 28, which suggests the rare look into her life away from the spotlight was all part of her birthday festivities.
A second snapshot shows Twain and Thiébaud, 55, with their backs facing the camera as they enjoy a massive fireworks display over the water. The spouses look cozy, with their arms wrapped around each other and feet in the sand. A third photo features Twain looking surprised, leading one to guess that she may have had a surprise birthday celebration as she’s surrounded by streamers and cake in another photo.

Twain and Thiébaud tied the knot on New Year’s Day in 2011 in an intimate Puerto Rican ceremony. But the Canadian songstress has remained private about her relationship with her husband, hardly sharing photos of the pair on social media. Fans did, however, get a glimpse into their love life last month as the award-winning singer/songwriter shared a picture of the two posing together and looking all smiles while on a trip to Europe.
“Here’s a fun story! A while back, the lovely Rosamund Pike reached out to ask if Man! I Feel Like A Woman! could be used in a new play that she was the lead in – and of course I said yes! The universe worked its magic because while Inter Alia is on at the National Theatre in London, some exciting projects brought me here too,” Twain captioned the pictures, revealing that while overseas, she attended a theater production that included her smash hit “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!” as a featured song. “I had the privilege of seeing the show last night… it was raw, it was powerful, and Rosamund was absolutely incredible. What a fantastic show! And I’m so glad we got to connect after as well, she’s a beautiful person!”
