CBRE Hotels is soliciting offers to acquire the fee-simple interest in the corporate-owned La Quinta Inns & Suites in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located off Kings Highway and just two blocks from the beach, the hotel is within minutes from the Broadway at the Beach, the Pelicans Ballpark, the John T. Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center, and several restaurants and recreation area.
