The Address Hotel in Accra, Ghana
Aleph Hospitality is set to further expand in Ghana with the addition of The Address, a landmark hotel in Accra, to its portfolio.
Dubai-based Aleph Hospitality, recognized as the largest independent hospitality management company in the Middle East and Africa, has announced its plan to continue expanding in Ghana by adding the notable hotel The Address to its expanding portfolio. The Address is located in Accra and is owned by DevtracoPlus Limited, a leading real estate company in Ghana.
This move follows a successful partnership in 2022 when DevtracoPlus appointed Aleph Hospitality to manage The Pelican Hotel in Accra. The decision to engage Aleph Hospitality in the management of The Address marks the second such agreement between the companies. This double entrustment signals a strong vote of confidence in Aleph Hospitality’s expertise and management capabilities. A key factor in Aleph Hospitality’s continued growth is its excellent regional track record, resulting in more than 60% of current hotel owners entrusting additional properties to their management.
Scheduled to open its doors in 2026, The Address will feature a hotel tower with 121 rooms and suites. The interiors will showcase a refined blend of style and functionality, complemented by premium finishes. In addition to the guest rooms, the hotel will house a restaurant, a sky-view bar, a cigar lounge, a fully equipped fitness center, a pool, and meeting rooms. The hotel is strategically located in Roman Ridge, a desirable location in the northern part of Accra. The Address is part of a mixed-use development that includes luxury apartments with private pools and offers easy access to the city’s top attractions, business hubs, and entertainment options.
Bani Haddad, Founder and Managing Director of Aleph Hospitality, expressed his appreciation for the continued partnership with DevtracoPlus. He stated that the management of another exceptional hotel in Ghana is a testament to the trust placed in Aleph Hospitality’s innovative and owner-focused management approach.
Devtraco Group’s Executive Director, Joseph Aidoo, expressed his confidence in Aleph Hospitality. He attributed his confidence to the outstanding results delivered at The Pelican Hotel, noting their team’s combination of local expertise, agility, and responsiveness. According to Aidoo, these qualities are essential for safeguarding their investment amid Ghana’s growing tourism sector. With an expected two million annual visitors and an escalating demand for high-quality accommodations, hotel occupancy rates in Accra are projected to reach 70-80% during peak seasons.
