    The average daily rate (ADR) surged by 18.2% to AED809.28, while revenue per available room (RevPAR) climbed by 20.2% to AED697.38, both reaching their highest October levels since 2009. The festival, which combines mixed martial arts and entertainment, drew significant crowds, boosting the hospitality sector’s performance.

    Daily occupancy peaked at 95% on October 28, the highest since December 2024. The ADR reached its zenith at AED 987.39 on October 25, and RevPAR hit AED 925.43 on October 29, marking the highest figures since February of this year. Throughout the month, occupancy levels remained robust, staying above 80% on all but three nights, underscoring the event’s positive impact on the local hotel industry.
