Accor’s Emblems Collection will open three new properties in Italy by mid-2026 through a partnership with AG Group.

Accor’s Emblems Collection has announced plans to expand its presence in Italy with the addition of three new properties. These hotels, set to open by mid-2026, are located in Tuscany, Umbria, and Apulia. The expansion is part of a strategic partnership with AG Group, a company active in the Italian hospitality and tourism sectors.

The first property, Palazzo Sozzini Malavolti, is located in Siena, Tuscany. This hotel will feature 38 rooms and is situated near Piazza del Campo. The building is a historic palazzo, and the renovation will preserve its original art and architectural elements, including 19th-century frescoes. The property will feature a spa and interiors that evoke the craftsmanship of Tuscany.

In Umbria, the Relais San Clemente will be transformed into a 51-room estate, including nine private villas. The site was previously a Benedictine convent and is located near Perugia. The property will feature wellness facilities and a consecrated chapel, emphasizing the region’s spiritual and natural environment.

The third hotel, Masseria Furnirussi, is located in Apulia. It will offer 60 suites, most of which will have private pools, and a full spa. The property is situated within a large fig orchard and will feature traditional Salento architecture, incorporating local white stone. The design will focus on Mediterranean craftsmanship and lifestyle.

These three properties will bring Emblems Collection’s Italian portfolio to four hotels. The brand’s global pipeline will expand to seven announced locations, including upcoming sites in Greece, the UK, and Canada.
