Aldi Is Selling a $15 'Luxuriously Soft' Cable Knit Throw Blanket Similar to Pottery Barn and Wayfair Styles Up to Almost 5x the Price

Blankets and winter go hand in hand. And even though we’re not fully there yet, the cold fall air has definitely arrived. Plus blankets are welcome year-round anyway, so why not add another one to your collection? Aldi’s upcoming Aldi Finds includes a cozy throw blanket that’s not only said to be “soft and warm,” but is also similar to Pottery Barn and Wayfair styles almost five times the price (and a blanket from The Company Store over nine times the price).

From Nov. 20–26, Aldi will be selling a Huntington Home Cable Knit Throw for only $14.99. The blanket is made from 100% polyester and has a classic cable knit design (as the name suggests). In addition to that, the edges have a ribbed hem that really gives that nostalgic winter blanket look and feel. This blanket is a typical throw blanket size, measuring 50 inches by 60 inches.

Huntington Home Cable Knit Throw, $14.99 at Aldi

Aldi’s site calls this blanket, “luxuriously soft and warm” and says it’s “great for laying,” plus is machine washable (always a plus). The blanket comes in five colors too: dark brown (with an orangey tint), red, green, ivory and light blue.

Evette Cable Knit Throw Blanket, $69 at Pottery Barn

As we mentioned above, Aldi’s cable knit throw blanket is very similar to Pottery Barn’s Evette Cable Knit Throw Blanket, which is currently $69. It has nearly the same cable knit design, with slight variations. It also has a ribbed hem and the same measurements: 50 inches by 60 inches. This one, however, is made with 100% acrylic yarn and comes in three colors: light gray, gray and ivory.

Bottilo Home Knitted Throw Blanket, $39.99 at Wayfair

Aldi’s blanket is also very similar to the Bottilo Home Knitted Throw Blanket sold at Wayfair for $39.99. This one comes in a rainbow of colors, from brown to green to yellow and more. It has a cable knit design that is nearly identical to Aldi’s and has that classic ribbed hem. This one is slightly larger, measuring 51 inches by 67 inches, but it is also made with polyester material. 

Chunky Cable Knit Throw, $139 at The Company Store

Lastly, Aldi’s cable knit blanket is also nearly identical to the Chunky Cable Knit Throw, which costs $139 at The Company Store. It has the exact same cable knit design and ribbed hem. It comes in gorgeous muted colors like caramel (a light rust), rose (a light magenta), khaki green (a sage green), denim blue and natural (a cream color). This one is made with 100% cotton and is longer, measuring 50 inches by 70 inches.
