Patio season is just around the corner and odds are you’re already planning out your furniture and yard. Of course, you want the cutest outdoor chairs and tables that also won’t break the bank. And a little storage here and there won’t hurt either (in fact, it’s likely preferable). Well, this week’s Aldi Finds includes a chic rattan storage table that’s affordable and looks like styles from Pottery Barn and Wayfair that are almost 18 times the price.
From April 2 to April 8, Aldi will be selling a Belavi Rattan Storage Table for $24.99 in local U.S. stores while supplies last. At first glance, it looks like a basket; it’s a cylinder shape made out of rattan with handles on the sides. However, the wood lid is what makes it a table that you can use on your patio when you’re drinking your lemonade or glass of rosé.

Belavi Rattan Storage Table, $24.99 at Aldi

This storage table has a rust-resistant steel frame so that it’s perfect for outdoor use (and any spillage you might have when using it as a table). As we mentioned, the steel frame has a woven rattan material on top that’s honey-brown. And the wooden lid for the tabletop is a lovely reddish-brown color.
The rattan gives this table a woven “basket” look because it is meant for storage after all. And you get plenty of it; this storage table measures 11.81 inches by 14.17 inches wide and 18.11 inches tall.
Westport Wicker Round Storage Outdoor Side Table (19″), $449 at Pottery Barn

This Aldi storage table is similar to others out there, like Pottery Barn’s Westport Wicker Round Storage Outdoor Side Table (19″). The first big difference is the fact that this is made with a woven wicker material, not rattan. But the concept is still very similar. It’s also squatter and bigger than Aldi’s; it’s 17 inches tall but 19 inches in diameter. It’s a lighter color as well and has a wooden lid with slats, and it’s a lot more expensive than Aldi’s, costing $449.
Handwoven Rattan & Solid Wood Side Table – Farmhouse-Inspired with Storage – Bay Isle Home, $60.99 at Wayfair

Wayfair also sells a similar product with their Handwoven Rattan & Solid Wood Side Table with Storage by Bay Isle Home. It costs $60.99 and has a rattan material on top of its metal frame. Their rattan is a beige or cream color, but the lid is a similar dark wood. And the design is very similar, measuring 11.4 inches in diameter at the top, 14.2 inches in diameter at its widest point and 18.1 inches tall.
So if you’re looking for new patio furniture and like the idea of having a stylish side table that doubles as useful storage, then Aldi’s Belavi Rattan Storage Table is worth checking out!
