Aldi Is Selling a Festive $7 House-Shaped Candle Similar to a Crate & Barrel Style Over 11x the Price

Even though Halloween just ended, plenty of retailers are already gearing up for the holiday season with decor and seasonal items—including Aldi. This week, Aldi’s releasing the sweetest house-shaped candle in their upcoming Aldi Finds section. And this candle looks like similar styles from Crate & Barrel and Bed Bath & Beyond.

From Nov. 13 to Nov. 19, Aldi will be selling their Huntington Home Village House Candle for only $6.99 while supplies last. The ceramic candle is shaped like a little house, with the four sides of the house the base and the roof the lid. Aldi’s site lists that they’re 9.1 oz, regardless of what shape you get.

Huntington Home Village House Candle, $6.99 at Aldi

Speaking of, the candle comes in three different colors and two distinct shapes. It comes in a cherry red color that’s shorter and has two wicks; its scent is “Peppermint Twist.” There’s also a green candle, which is a bit taller and has one wick. This one smells of “Pine & Vetiver.” And lastly, there’s a white iridescent color that has a similar shape to the green candle (along with one wick) with the scent “Sugar Cookies.”

White Ceramic House 2-Wick Holiday Scented Candle – Balsam and Peppermint, $79.95 at Crate & Barrel

As we mentioned before, these Aldi house-shaped candles are similar to Crate & Barrel’s White Ceramic House 2-Wick Holiday Scented Candle in the scent of Balsam and Peppermint. This size is currently $79.95, while their single-wick candle is $49.95. They have nearly the same exact look to them, with the roof acting as the lid for the candle. The 2-sick candle is 20 oz and measures 5.75 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 4 inches deep. The single-wick candle is 9.7 oz and measures 4.5 inches tall, 4 inches wide and 3.75 inches deep. They’re made with a “premium plant-based wax blend.”

IH Casa Decor 9.2 Oz Candle Cranberry Cassis, $35.49 (originally $36.99) at Bed Bath & Beyond

Aldi’s house-shaped candle is also very similar to the IH Casa Decor 9.2 Oz Candle Cranberry Cassis, which is $35.49 (originally $36.99) at Bed Bath & Beyond. It’s basically the same size and volume as the Aldi candle, plus it’s nearly identical to the red one (it even has two wicks). It measures 4.72 inches tall, 4.25 inches wide and 3.39 inches deep.

If you’re already decorating your home for the festive season—or maybe you just like to be ready—these Huntington Home Village House Candle at Aldi are sure to be a very lovely addition to your home. And with that price, compared to nearly identical products out there, it’s definitely worth checking out.
