Aldi Is Selling a Gorgeous $15 Gilt Mirror Tray Similar to a Popular Anthropologie Style Over 5x the Price

Using a mirrored tray on your bar cart or your vanity is such an elegant way to spruce up your decor. It can be used to organize things while also being a stylish way to highlight your favorite items like a special champagne bottle or your perfume collection. It screams “royalty” and “money,” but you don’t have to actually spend a ton of money to achieve this chic look. Aldi’s upcoming mirror tray is not only gorgeous and affordable, it looks so much like a popular Anthropologie tray that is over five times the price.

From Oct. 9 to Oct. 15, Aldi is selling the Huntington Home Gilt Mirror Tray for $14.99 in their Aldi Finds aisle across their US stores (while supplies last, of course). It’s a beautiful rounded rectangular tray with an embellished frame. It has a giltwood-style tray frame with raised dots around the edges and two handles with ornate flowery designs. Aldi calls this “vintage-inspired” and it definitely looks like something Marie Antoinette would have in her bedroom.

Huntington Home Gilt Mirror Tray, $14.99 at Aldi

This tray measures about 15.3 inches long, 9.6 inches wide and 1 inch high. It’s made with resin, glass and MDF (medium-density fiberboard) “with an antique finish.” As Aldi’s site says, it’s a “timeless look” that doesn’t just go with a regal aesthetic. It can fit in with a lot of decor themes and brings an elevated style with it.

Gleaming Primrose Vanity Tray, $54-$88 at Anthropologie

As we mentioned before, this Aldi gilt mirror tray is very similar to Anthropologie’s popular Gleaming Primrose Vanity Tray, which is a part of their Gleaming Primrose collection including their best-selling mirror. This tray costs $54 for the small size (12.5 inches long, 5 inches wide and 1 inch high) and $88 for the large (18.5 inches long, 12 inches wide and 1.25 inches high); Aldi’s tray is in between those sizes. Aldi’s mirror tray design is nearly identical to Anthropologie’s, with a giltwood-inspired frame with a dotted edge and ornate handles. It’s also made with similar materials: resin, hardwood and mirrored glass.

Of course, for the price, Anthropologie’s tray is bound to be better quality. But then again, if it’s hefty and sturdy in person, Aldi’s Huntington Home Gilt Mirror Tray is a great option if you’re looking for a gilded mirror tray and don’t want to deplete your bank account.
