You don’t need a super intricate or fancy sweater to look good. A nice, stylish pullover or zip-up can go a long way and not look like you just rolled out of bed. In Aldi’s upcoming Aldi Finds drop, there’s a “premium” sweatshirt that is not just cute, but comfortable. Plus, it looks like styles from higher-end brands like Athleta and Ralph Lauren that are almost seven times the price.
From Jan. 29 to Feb. 4, Aldi will be selling their Crane Ladies Premium Athleisure Pullover for $12.99 in the Aldi Finds aisle of local U.S. stores. These pullovers come in three colors and two different styles.

Crane Ladies Premium Athleisure Pullover, $12.99 at Aldi

The first style is a crewneck pullover sweatshirt with a drawstring waist that cinches for a very stylish look. It also looks sort of cropped (and you can surely make it more cropped with the adjustable drawstring waistband). This one comes in the colors mint and black.

The second style is a collared half-zip pullover. It’s classified as “white” but is actually two colors; the majority of the sweatshirt is white with tan accents, collar and zipper. This one also looks cropped (but it doesn’t seem to have a drawstring). All three pullovers have banded cuffs.

Easy Fleece Crew Sweatshirt, $89 at Athleta

As we mentioned before, Athleta’s Easy Fleece Crew Sweatshirt looks a lot like Aldi’s mint pullover. This one is $89 and comes in a very similar color—Mint Tint—along with several others. It doesn’t have a drawstring at the waist, but it does have a banded hem that gives a little of that cinched look.

Another comparable sweater to Aldi’s pullover is the LAUREN RALPH LAUREN Ivory Zippered Pocketed Drawstring Bottom Jacket, which is $73.99 at Walmart. The design is a lot like the white and tan Aldi pullover. This one has a half-zip and collar along with tan accents on the shoulders. This Ralph Lauren style is a jacket, though, and water-repellent. So those are the main differences to Aldi’s.

And lastly, Nuuds has a Vintage Fleece Cinch Waist Sweatshirt that is very similar to Aldi’s black cinched pullover. This one is $88 and has a cinched waist (as its name suggests) but no drawstring. So it’s not adjustable like Aldi’s is but again, they otherwise look nearly the same.
So if you’re looking for a comfortable active sweatshirt without breaking the bank, Aldi’s Crane Ladies Premium Athleisure Pullover is worth checking out.
