Six Senses is set to expand its Alma Frequency event, powered by Aníma, to its Crans-Montana location in the Swiss Alps. The event will run from June 5 to 8, 2025, and is positioned as a gathering of visionaries and pioneers in health and well-being.

The four-day event will feature a curated progressive wellness program, longevity science, holistic healing, and immersive practices. Attendees will be able to participate in a variety of activities, from hiking and dining to innovative wellness sessions in a collaborative setting.

Alma Frequency is Talana Bestall’s creation, with the primary goal of promoting longevity and well-being. The gathering provides a flexible and intimate environment where attendees can explore different aspects of wellness and connect with like-minded individuals.

Notable speakers include James Nestor, a breathwork expert and bestselling author; Dr. Jessica Shepherd, a leader in women’s health and longevity; and Taryn Toomey, founder of The Class, a cathartic movement experience. These thought leaders and others will provide insights on topics such as functional medicine, hormone optimization, and biohacking.

The event will also feature full-body sculpting sessions, nature hikes, and dynamic sessions with Sanctum founder Luuk Melisse. In partnership with Technogym, attendees will have access to the AI-driven assessment station Technogym Checkup, which scans physical and cognitive parameters to deliver a personalized training protocol.
