Andaz Shanghai ITC is set to open on February 3, 2026, in the ITC Xujiahui complex located in Shanghai’s heritage district. The hotel will feature 267 rooms and suites, each with floor-to-ceiling views of the surrounding area. Room sizes will range from 45 square meters to 147 square meters for the Executive Suite. Accommodation options include rooms with outdoor terraces, Nespresso coffee makers, Simmons mattresses, 55-inch IPTV, and Byredo Eleventh Hour amenities.

The hotel’s design incorporates motifs referencing Shanghai’s history and culture, with features such as a glass-brick wall and moss-colored rugs inspired by local laneways. The hotel entrance is on the third floor, and the check-in lobby is located on the 14th floor. Corridors feature plane-tree silhouettes, and room doors vary to create a residential ambience. Interiors are modeled on a maisonette-style layout, with freestanding wardrobes and 3D tiles in the bathrooms.

Dining options at Andaz Shanghai ITC will include three venues. The Rooftop Bar will offer tea-infused cocktails and city views. The West Wing will serve as a European and Shanghainese deli and wine bar with small-plate dining. The East Wing will provide breakfast and lunch food stations, as well as Shanghainese dishes in the evening, with private dining rooms and an outdoor terrace also available.

The hotel will offer a gym designed for privacy and exclusivity. Upon opening, Andaz Shanghai ITC will participate in the World of Hyatt loyalty program.
