  • Ocean Casino Resort has announced a $50 million investment in property-wide capital improvements planned for 2025.
  • The development includes over 500 new rooms and suites, an expanded casino, five new dining options, and more.

Ocean Casino Resort recently announced plans for over $50 million in property-wide capital investments in 2025. This latest phase of upgrades is part of a seven-year, $270 million property transformation that began in 2018.

The new developments include more than 500 new Blu Rooms and Suites, an expanded premier casino experience, and multiple new dining concepts.

The $25 million investment in new guest rooms and suites marks the completion of a multi-year project to transform all 1,860 guest rooms and suites at the property. The design of these new accommodations takes inspiration from the colors and patterns of the shoreline, echoing Ocean’s prime beachfront location.

Ocean Casino Resort is also launching two new dining concepts in collaboration with renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr. These multi-million-dollar restaurants will open this summer on the resort’s Lobby Level.

In addition to these improvements, the resort plans to double the size of its Asian Gaming space by the summer of 2025. The gaming area, designed by R2Architects, will expand from 4,000 to 8,000 square feet, offering an increased selection of gaming tables.

Ocean’s 18 Mini Golf & Bar, a multi-million-dollar entertainment destination complete with state-of-the-art holograms, is also planned. Another highlight is the opening of Sweetheart Coast, a fashionable clothing boutique scheduled to open in early summer within the Shops at the Row.

With the completion of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers’ $92.6 million project to replenish the sand on New Jersey’s coastline, guests will also have access to exclusive beachfront areas.
