The 90-room hotel’s grand opening is scheduled for November 21, 2024.

DeSimone Gaming has announced the opening of Atwell Suites Henderson—at the Pass, situated on historic Water Street in Henderson, Nevada. The all-suite hotel, which stands on the former site of the Pass Casino, is set to be the first major hospitality brand on Water Street.

The 90-room hotel’s grand opening is scheduled for November 21, 2024. The establishment will provide easy access to the Las Vegas Strip, appealing to those drawn to the city’s vibrant nightlife, and the Lake Mead Recreation Area, a haven for outdoor enthusiasts.

Joe DeSimone, Founder of DeSimone Gaming, expressed his enthusiasm for the project. He highlighted that Atwell Suites would be the only all-suite accommodation near the Pass Casino servicing the Water Street District. The partnership with IHG, a well-established hotel brand, is expected to boost the area’s growth further.

The new hotel, tailored for guests seeking a unique and stimulating experience, will offer visitors an in-room wet bar, coffee station, refrigerator, and microwave. A standing desk and sofa are also included in the suite. A complimentary hot breakfast, a 24/7 beverage station with fresh bean-to-cup coffee, and a round-the-clock market offering snacks and travel essentials will also be available to all guests.

In addition to the suites, Atwell Suites Henderson – at the Pass will feature several public areas. These include a versatile meeting space called ‘The Study’ and other flexible spaces for socializing and relaxation. Guests can also take advantage of the hotel’s pool and fitness center.

A unique feature of this new property is the “Wine on Water” cocktail lounge. Here, DeSimone Gaming will showcase a selection of specially curated wines, unique cocktails, and bar bites. The hotel will also host an evening bar serving small plates with ready-to-drink cocktails, beer, and wine. This addition is expected to increase the hotel’s appeal to tourists and locals alike.
