Atwell Suites announced it will open three new hotels in Kansas City, Missouri, Henderson, Nevada, and Fort Worth, Texas, in addition to its existing properties in Miami, Denver, and Austin.

The Kansas City Airport Atwell Suites is now open. The 104-room hotel is close to Kansas City International Airport and the city’s downtown area. It caters to both business and leisure travelers and offers proximity to the city’s vibrant arts scene, famous BBQ, and key business sectors.

The Henderson Atwell Suites, owned by DeSimone Companies, will open in early November. It has 90 rooms near The Pass Casino and America First Center. Its location makes it suitable for travelers seeking a quieter alternative to the Las Vegas Strip.

The Fort Worth Atwell Suites, owned by Sequoia Hospitality, will also open in November. The 96-room hotel is conveniently located near Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport and the city’s business district. Visitors can access cultural attractions like the Kimbell Art Museum, the Modern Art Museum, and the Historic Fort Worth Theater District.

These additions are part of Atwell Suites’ expansion plan, including opening over 50 properties across the U.S. in the coming years. Karen Gilbride, VP of Atwell Suites, expressed excitement about the brand’s growth and commitment to providing all-suite accommodations.

Atwell Suites hotels are designed to provide an inspiring space for guests. Each location includes unique features, such as hidden messages in the artwork. The hotels cater to longer stays, blending work and leisure with modern suites, coworking zones, and a versatile meeting room.

Gary Mack, owner of Hotel KCI LLC, believes the Kansas City location is ideal due to the area’s recent growth and proximity to the international airport.

Guests at Atwell Suites can enjoy amenities like a fitness studio, a complimentary breakfast, a 24/7 beverage station, and a bar that serves small plates and after-hours drinks. The hotels also feature a round-the-clock marketplace for snacks and travel essentials.
