Banyan Group, in collaboration with Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development, has announced the launch of sales for Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach, the first Banyan Tree-branded residential project in the United States.
Banyan Group has launched sales for Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach, marking the debut of the Banyan Tree brand and its first residential offering in the United States. The project is a collaboration between Banyan Group, Mast Capital, and Curated JCZM Development.
Located in downtown West Palm Beach, the residential tower will comprise 88 private residences, including one- to four-bedroom layouts and a limited collection of penthouses. Each home is designed as a corner residence, providing multi-directional exposure and featuring wraparound terraces. Most residences offer direct private elevator entry.
Architecture for the project is by OMA, the firm led by Rem Koolhaas, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and landscape design by Enzo Enea. This marks the first collaboration among these four design firms on a single project.
The location is in a walkable district of South Florida, with proximity to CityPlace, Royal Poinciana Plaza, Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue, and the Intracoastal Waterway. Residents will have access to dining, cultural, shopping, entertainment, and waterfront leisure options.
Amenities for residents include a private porte cochère, a serviced resort-style pool, social and recreation spaces, a wellness center and spa with treatment rooms, cryotherapy, a hammam, and meditation spaces.
Owners will have access to The Sanctuary Club, which provides preferred access to Banyan Group’s network of more than 100 hotels and resorts and over 140 spas and galleries in more than 20 countries.
No opening date or construction timeline was provided.
