Baskin-Robbins is welcoming the new year with a new twist on a familiar flavor.
The ice cream chain’s first Flavor of the Month for 2025 is described as a “twist on a classic bakery favorite,” just without any of the crumbs, per an official statement shared with Parade.

The new Cinnamon Roll ice cream is said to be made with real cinnamon and features a cinnamon roll ice cream base, “[cinnamon roll] dough pieces and gooey cinnamon cream cheese flavored swirls.” The limited-edition variety will be available available all January long at participating Baskin-Robbins locations (or, presumably, as long as supplies last).

Previous Flavors of the Month in 2024 included a mashup of blue raspberry ice cream and Oreo pieces, a floral marigold flavor and a very divisive Thanksgiving-inspired release, to name a few. But this month’s release has fans ready to live only in the present and forget all about past offers.
“I’m about to cinnamon roll my arse right into 2025🙃🙂🙃,” food blogger Markie_Devo joked in a Dec. 31 Instagram post before asking Baskin-Robbins fans for their opinion on the limited-edition release.
“Oh. SO MUCH YAY. I am here for it,” one declared.
“I tried it today,” a second claimed, “it was tasty!”
“Oh this is an excellent start to a new year! 😋,” someone else cheered.
“I’m definitely getting this one😋🤩🍦!” a different Instagram user confessed.
One more exclaimed, “A cinnamon roll flavor is totally my jam!”
To make matters even sweeter, Baskin-Robbins is currently offering a free scoop of ice cream to those who join its loyalty program as an instant reward for signing up for the app.
