Battlefield 6 is almost here, and long-time fans of the series are champing at the bit to get stuck into the next entry in the series. Battlefield 6 is going back to basics with more infantry-based combat and the first single-player campaign we’ve seen in the series for a while. Battlefield 6 will launch globally at the same time, but its release date will vary depending on your time zone.
Here’s when Battlefield 6 releases in your time zone, and when you can preload the game.
Battlefield 6 release time in your time zone
Battlefield 6 releases on Friday, Oct. 10, although for some timezones, it’ll be Saturday, Oct. 11 by the time it launches. Here’s when Battlefield 6 will launch in your time zone:
- 8 a.m. PDT for the west coast of North America
- 11 a.m. EDT for the east coast of North America
- 12 p.m. BRT for Brazil
- 4 p.m. BST for the United Kingdom
- 5 p.m. CEST for western Europe
- 12 a.m. JST on Saturday, Oct. 11 for Japan
- 2 a.m. AEDT on Saturday, Oct. 11 for east coast of Australia
Can you preload Battlefield 6?
What’s even better is that if you’ve pre-ordered Battlefield 6, you can preload it right now. This is possible on all platforms except for Epic, so you’ll need to wait until the release time to download the game. However, if you purchased Battlefield 6 on the Epic Games store and you’re desperate to preload the game, there is a slight workaround. According to one Reddit user, you can link your Epic Games account to your EA account and preload the game through the EA launcher.
Battlefield 6 will eat up around 70 GB of storage, so make sure to save some time by preloading the game ahead of its launch time!
