HVS Brokerage & Advisory has announced the successful sale of the 61-key Baymont by Wyndham Houston/Westchase Hotel to Nagin Investments LLC, marking another successful transaction for the brokerage firm.
HVS Brokerage & Advisory has announced the successful sale of Baymont by Wyndham Houston/Westchase, a 61-key hotel located at 2950 West Sam Houston Parkway South, Houston, Texas 77042. Nagin Investments LLC, based in Houston, Texas, purchased the property from American Liberty Hospitality.
Constructed in 1995, the Baymont by Wyndham Houston/Westchase hotel is considered a legacy asset for American Liberty Hospitality. Nicholas Massad Jr., President of American Liberty Hospitality, expressed satisfaction with the sale, highlighting HVS’s strategic approach in the successful transaction. The sale marks the third transaction between HVS and American Liberty Hospitality, establishing a strong partnership between the two entities.
Baymont by Wyndham Houston/Westchase benefits from an excellent location within the historically robust Westchase submarket along the Sam Houston Tollway frontage road. The densely developed Westheimer Road that extends from the Galleria area to Katy, featuring numerous retail shopping centers, restaurants, and office buildings, adds to the property’s value. Its proximity to significant demand drivers such as National Oilwell Varco (NOV), Jacobs Engineering, Viridien, Phillips 66, BMC Software, Hermann Memorial City Medical Center, West Oaks Mall, Town & Country Village, Houston Chinatown, Memorial City Mall, and CityCentre further enhances its strategic location.

The team managed to source a well-qualified, local investor who moved quickly to go under contract before the asset was officially taken to the market. The new ownership is expected to undertake renovations, ensuring a bright future for the hotel.
