Belmond has appointed Laura Magnon-Pujo as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, based in London.
Belmond announced the appointment of Laura Magnon-Pujo as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Magnon-Pujo will report to Dan Ruff, Chief Executive Officer, and will be based in London. In her new role, she will oversee Belmond’s global human resources function.
Magnon-Pujo brings more than 17 years of human resources leadership experience. Prior to joining Belmond, she worked at Moët Hennessy for eight years, most recently as HR Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her responsibilities included guiding organizational transformation and promoting a culture of trust and inclusion across 80 countries.
Her previous roles include positions at De Beers Diamond Jewellers and LVMH Beauty UK, where she focused on developing people strategies. Magnon-Pujo holds dual French and British citizenship and has lived in the UK for 17 years. She has earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Occupational Psychology from a university in Paris.
