Suicide Silence has some exciting news for their fans.
The popular 2000s metal band announced on Instagram on Tuesday morning that they will be embarking on their Reminders of Hell Tour, which is set to kick off on Nov. 6 in Riverside, California nad conclude in Los Angeles on Dec. 13. Suicide Silence is set to make stops in various cities across the North America; including Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Orlando, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York City, Montreal, Toronto, Cleveland, Detriot, Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Portland and more. Opening acts will include EMMURE, AngelMaker and Synestia.
Established in Riverside, California in 2002, Suicide Silence started as a side project made up of musicians from other bands. They released their first demo, Death Awaits, in 2003, and since then, members started committing more time to the band and recruiting other members.
Throughout multiple lineup changes and 24 years as a band, Suicide Silence has released seven studio albums, with their most recent project being Remember… You Must Die in 2023. Their current lineup consists of Chris Garza, Mark Heylmun, Dan Kenny, Hernan “Eddie” Hermida and Ernie Iniguez.
During the mid-to-late 2000s, Suicide Silence led the booming deathcore scene. Their first two albums, The Cleansing and No Time to Bleed, are considered all-time genre classics, especially in the deathcore subgenre. Their former frontman Mitch Lucker’s charismatic presence made him a beloved icon, and his passing in a 2012 motorcycle accident in Huntington Beach, California, sent shockwaves through the metal community.
“It’s been 10 years. Today we want to celebrate Mitch. He was a bigger than life guy. A loving father, brother & husband,” the group wrote on X during Lucker’s ten-year death anniversary, which took place on Nov. 1, 2022. “Thank you all for keeping Mitch & his legacy alive everyday by listening to the music that he left us. We miss you brother.”

Suicide Silence wrapped up a European tour earlier this year, but they seem super excited to head back on the road around North America. Lucker expressed to V13 Media how much he loves what he and his band do for a living.
“I love everything about what we do, and our lifestyle,” Lucker answered. “It’s an insane way to live when you spend most of your time inside a plane, tour bus, or backstage. All over this massive place we call Earth.”
Tickets for the Reminders of Hell Tour will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. local time.
