Belvilla by OYO has entered the European hotel market with the opening of its first hotel in Belgium. The property, Belvilla Au Coeur d’Alle, is located in the village of Alle at 15 Place Georges Mongin, 5550 Alle, and features 16 rooms with access to local landscapes, outdoor destinations, and cultural sites.
Belvilla’s European hotel operations will be managed under long-term management contracts to ensure consistent quality and operational reliability. The company plans to expand its hotel presence in key European markets, including Germany, Belgium, and Denmark. Belvilla and DanCenter will focus on the mid-premium segment, while premium hotels will operate under the SUNDAY brand.
Johan Vandenbogaerde is the owner of Belvilla Au Coeur d’Alle. The launch marks Belvilla’s initial move into the hotel sector in Belgium as part of its broader strategy to expand its European hotel portfolio.
