Blue Flag Capital has announced plans to open four new hotels in Montauk, Sag Harbor, Greenport, and Jackson Hole, all scheduled to debut in summer 2026.

Blue Flag Capital will add four new properties to its portfolio in summer 2026, expanding its national footprint in partnership with Collared Martin Hospitality. The new hotels are Faraway Jackson Hole in Wyoming, Faraway Sag Harbor in New York, Hotel Corduroy in Montauk, and Oyster Estate in Greenport, New York.

In Jackson Hole, Faraway Jackson Hole will open in Teton Village with 90 rooms and suites and 48 residences. Amenities will include a year-round indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, direct ski access, and an on-site restaurant, Sure Hand, adjacent to a lobby lounge with a wood-burning masonry fireplace. The hotel is near the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. A second phase, planned for 2028, will add expanded guestrooms, a signature restaurant, and dedicated meeting and event space. The former Snake River Lodge & Spa will be converted into Faraway Jackson Hole, while the neighboring Alpenhof Lodge will temporarily close in April 2026 and reopen in 2028.

On the East Coast, Faraway Sag Harbor will be located on the Hamptons waterfront with 67 rooms. The hotel will feature a waterfront restaurant, Zagara, a ground-floor bar and lounge, a pool and terrace, and communal spaces. The property is being converted from the historic Baron’s Cove.

Hotel Corduroy in Montauk will offer 29 guest rooms across three buildings, a private beach, and a central lawn space. The hotel is set on the edge of Montauk and is scheduled to open in early May 2026.

Oyster Estate in Greenport will feature 34 rooms in downtown Greenport Village. The property will include a courtyard pool and patio, an on-site cocktail bar and dining venue called Fortune Favors, a gym, and meeting space. The hotel is scheduled to open in September 2026.

Blue Flag Capital acquired Snake River Lodge & Spa and the neighboring Alpenhof Lodge in Jackson Hole in 2023 and has operated and repositioned these properties as part of its plans for the destination.

The design and architecture of the new hotels involve collaborations with interior design firms Ward + Gray, Jenny Bukovec Studio, and ISLYN Studio, as well as architects Workshop/APD.

Blue Flag Capital’s current operating properties include Faraway Martha’s Vineyard, Faraway Nantucket, Beachside Hotel, Blue Iris, Brass Lantern, and Life House Nantucket.

Collared Martin Hospitality is involved in managing the new properties. Further information regarding the Greenport opening will be provided at a later date.
