Bob W has announced the addition of three properties in central Munich to its portfolio. The properties, which H’Otello/H’Apato formerly operated, will be transformed into Bob W locations.

The additions include Bob W München Freiheit, Bob W Munich Old Town, and Bob W Munich Schwabing. These acquisitions increase Bob W’s German property count to 15, adding 198 units and nearly 4,000 square meters to its portfolio. The properties offer a variety of accommodations, including serviced studios, apartments, penthouses, and rooms, all equipped with Bob W’s signature design and technology.

The former H’Apato Schwabing, now Bob W Munich Schwabing, is at Fallmerayerstraße 22 and offers 71 service apartments. Independent retailers, street art, and cultural attractions surround the location.

Bob W München Freiheit, previously H’Otello Schwabing, is located at Hohenzollernstraße 9 in a lively area popular with tourists and digital nomads. The third acquisition, Bob W Munich Old Town, is located in the heart of Munich’s historic Old Town at Baaderstraße 1 and offers 56 contemporary units.

Miles Knoll from the Hotel Services Team at BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH and Prof. Clemens Engelhardt of Trustberg facilitated the deal.

The acquisition of these properties is a part of Bob W’s ongoing expansion strategy in key German cities, including Munich, Bonn, Berlin, Stuttgart, Lübeck, Cologne, Dortmund, and Hamburg.

Niko Karstikko, CEO and Co-founder of Bob W, highlighted the company’s commitment to further growth in this strategically important region. Sebastian Höcherl, landlord of the new properties, expressed excitement about the partnership with Bob W and appreciated their shared values.

Bob W is operational in 18 cities across 10 countries and actively seeks new partnerships to secure lease agreements for suitable properties across Germany and Europe.
