An accomplished hospitality leader with a wealth of industry expertise, Krafft steps into this role poised to oversee the landmark hotel, including all facets of the 226-room luxury property—from operations, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and the exclusive guest- and members-only Crescent Club.
“It’s an incredible honor to join a property with such a storied legacy and deep connection to the Dallas community,” said Brett Krafft. “Hotel Crescent Court represents the very best of Texas hospitality—elegance, warmth, and genuine care. I’m thrilled to be part of this next chapter.”
Bringing more than four decades of hospitality leadership to this new role, Krafft is widely acknowledged for his operational expertise, talent development, and ability to elevate both guest and team satisfaction. Most recently, he served as Area General Manager for The Statler and Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre, overseeing a combined $46M+ in annual revenue. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Krafft moved to Dallas in 1982. A Dallasite by choice, he earned the CMP designation (Certified Meeting Professional) in 2002 and is actively involved in the local community and has served on several industry boards, including the Hotel Association of North Texas (HANTX) and Dallas Tourism Public Improvement District (DTPID). Brett enjoys quality time with his wife, Karla, and their sons, Chase and Bryce, along with outdoor sports, including skiing and golfing.
