Musician Jelly Roll and his wife Bunnie XO were having a fantastic time during a recent evening out, and she gave fans a glimpse of the pair’s antics via an Instagram post.
She wrote that they were staying young together, and most of her followers thought it was adorable. However, some of the comments were critical and negative, and Bunnie XO made it clear she wasn’t going to put up with them.

Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, and Bunnie XO, whose real name is Alyssa DeFord, spent some time together at an arcade and she posted a short highlight clip on Instagram. Over the video, she wrote, “Forever healing our inner child together.”
In the caption of her post, Bunnie XO referred to her husband as “My angel.” While the two were having a blast playing games together, the top comment ended up being one from Bunnie XO referencing all the judgmental comments.
One commenter questioned, “Maybe I’m confused I’m just saying like jelly roll like praises God and sings gospel music but then your wife is flipping off the camera something doesn’t seem right it’s about integrity and set an example for other people.”
That was one comment that Bunnie XO directly replied to. She wrote, “Good lord please go away it’s not that serious.”
Several others left comments about Bunnie XO’s middle finger moment, but it appeared she ignored them.
Another critic wrote, “I think Bunny needs to do what Jelly did she looks bigger than him.”
Bunnie XO replied to that negative comment, too. “I have a hoodie on…I can’t win with y’all- either I’m too covered or not enough clothes lol.”
That particular comment sparked a flood of supporters to add their own comments.
One tagged the critic and wrote, “Hon are you ok? Do you need a hug? I’m sorry you’re feeling so low but there’s no need to be taking those feelings out on other people. Kindness is the key to finding happiness and self love.”
Luckily, most of the people who commented on Bunnie XO’s post were supportive. Many admitted they were in awe of Jelly Roll’s transformation, as the singer has been open about his efforts that led to a weight loss of over 200 pounds.
One fan wrote, “I can’t believe how incredibly healthy and happy you both look.”
Another fan shared, “That is true love right there you are both amazing people Jason you are such an inspiration to people we love your music and your story is getting better every day keep going my friend and keep shouting hallelujah.”
Someone else joked that instead of “Jelly Roll” the singer is now “officially Gluten Free Blueberry Jam on homemade sourdough bread, just a small piece.”
“Jason looks so much healthier. So awesome what he’s accomplished,” another comment read.
“That best friend love is irreplaceable. I’m so happy you found each other,” wrote an additional supporter.
