Caesars Palace has introduced two new Presidential Villas and 29 Sky Villas, now available for guests in Las Vegas, with further property enhancements planned through 2027.
Caesars Palace has announced the opening of two new Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower as part of its ongoing property developments in Las Vegas. The new accommodations, designed by Peter Silling & Associates, are now available for guest stays.
The Colosseum Presidential Villas each offer more than 8,000 square feet of space, with the option to connect both villas for a combined total of over 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor areas. Each villa features a private elevator, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom chandeliers, a double-sided glass fireplace, an entertainment lounge, a formal dining room, a courtyard lounge, and an outdoor terrace. The villas include primary bedrooms with spa-inspired bathrooms, as well as grand primary bedrooms with panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline.
The Octavius Sky Villas are located on the 68th and 69th floors of the Octavius Tower. The 29 new units feature contemporary design elements, including marble and metal finishes, velvet and leather furnishings, sculptural lighting, and curated art. The Sky Villas offer high ceilings, TV feature walls, ribbed glass panels in bathrooms, and views of the Las Vegas Strip.
These villa additions follow recent AAA Five Diamond designations for THE VILLAS Caesars Palace and Restaurant Guy Savoy. Other recent renovations at Caesars Palace include updates to the resort’s main entrance, the casino dome, the Flavian Sky Suites, Palace Court Slots, Aureus Lounge, Celebrity Food Hall, Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar, and the Qua Bath & Spa and fitness center.
Further property enhancements are scheduled for the coming years. OMNIA Dayclub, operated by Tao Group Hospitality, is set to open for the pool season in 2026 and will cover 46,000 square feet with two pools and performances from international DJs. The Augustus Tower, comprising nearly 1,000 suites, is scheduled for a full renovation designed by Peter Silling & Associates in 2026. A new VIP check-in lounge is also planned for 2026. The Julius Tower, with more than 500 rooms, and the Palace Tower, with nearly 1,200 rooms, are both scheduled for full renovations in 2027.
