After many months on the edge of our seats, the time has come. Krispy Kreme has finally opened its highly anticipated location, and we cannot wait to sink our teeth into all of the soft, fluffy sweets from all over the world.

This June, indulge in Spanish tapas at Bodega by Sabor, a restaurant that first opened its doors in Edmonton and has since become a total hit. Maybe we’ll see you there!

It’s that time of year again! On warmer days throughout the rest of the sunny season, adventurous Calgarians will take to the Bow River for a day of fun and floating. If you’d like to be among them, you can rent a raft or bring your own, but please — remember to be safe!

Featuring remarkable art pieces from the past and present, Calgary’s Stampede museum, the Sam Centre, will debut its Art of the Calgary Stampede Posters exhibit on June 3. Don’t miss it because it’s going to be huge

Located in Canada’s first national park, the Agnes Tea House is known for having over 100 different teas, sandwiches, soups, and decadent desserts, but getting there is no walk in the park. First, you’ll have to endure a seven-kilometre hike from Alberta’s famous Lake Louise, but it’ll be worth it when it opens this June!

Father’s Day

Whether you’re celebrating your biological Dad, a family member, or a Father figure, there are a ton of exciting ways to do so this year. Hit the Calgary Farmers Market, spend a day at Aspen Crossing, or visit the Zoo. Everyone’s in for a treat.

Ready to make a splash? Summer is around the corner, and temperatures are on the rise! If you’re looking to beat the heat, look no further than one of the many Calgary-owned outdoor pools, which could open as early as Father’s Day weekend.
