What to Expect

Bring your sunscreen and prepare to enjoy some fresh air and community spirit on the west promenade. You can browse a variety of exhibits while enjoying live music, food, and activities for all ages.

This year’s headline act is Delhi 2 Dublin, a Canadian world music group from Vancouver known for their fusion of Bhangra, electronic, funk, dub, reggae, hip hop, and Celtic music. See how they mash up various genres to create a whole new sound that’s completely their own!

There will also be exhibits in the Vancouver Convention Centre East ballrooms inside the Maritime Career Zone. Whether you’re drawn to the call of the sea or prefer to stay anchored on land, the maritime industry offers a vast ocean of opportunities. From navigating ships to managing port lands, there’s a role for everyone. Speak to representatives from organizations such as Transport Canada, BC Coast Pilots, and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
