July 26, 2024 marks the opening to one of the world’s favorite events: the Olympic Games. The City of Light welcomes the world for Les Jeux Olympiques, so is Le 39V restaurant in its très elegant and private Haussmannien courtyard, right off the “Most Beautiful Avenue in the World” (that is Les Champs-Élysées), around bottles and glasses of Champagne.

For an even more chic experience, Chef Frédéric Vardon has selected bubbles from La Maison Barons de Rothschild.

For the first time in its family history, the Barons of the famous family have united their knowledge and passion of wine to produce a Grand Vin de Champagne, allying the distinctive taste of Chardonnay, prolonged aging and minimalist dosage.

Champagne Barons de Rothschild was founded in 2005, by branches of the Rothschild family operating none the less than Château Mouton Rothschild, Château Clarke and Château Lafite Rothschild.

Sophie‘s tip: Please note that pistachios and olives are the only foods served.
