Charlie Sheen’s appearance on the Tuesday, April 1 episode of Denise Richards & Her Wild Thingshas prompted major health concerns about the actor as he sounded and looked different.
The former Two and a Half Men star reunited on the show with his ex-wife Denise Richards, and Lola, their 19-year-old daughter, but fans were focusing on other things besides the happy reunion.
Sheen has previously announced that his voice has changed due to “laryngeal inflammation” from acid reflux, but some fans had other opinions when they reacted to a clip from the show posted on TikTok.
“His facelift has made his voice higher, one fan remarked.
“Why does he look and sound like Caitlyn Jenner?” another asked.
Others noted that Richards voice also sounded differently.
“He’s an octave higher and she’s an octave lower,” one observed.
“The voices last night were hilarious,” another responded.
“Both Charlie sheen and Denise Richard’s voices are unrecognizable. What happened,” another posted.

Though Charlie, Denise and Lola were reunited on the show, Sheen’s 21-year-old daughter Samiwas MIA. Their relationship has been strained by her new career as an OnlyFans model.
More than a decade ago, Sheen spoke about his voice problems in a 2014 interview with the National Enquirer, claiming his cancer scare at the time was due to laryngeal inflammation caused by acid reflux.
