The Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference & Operations Summit (CHICOS), the region’s premier hospitality investment conference, is proud to announce that The Bahamas will host CHICOS 2026. Taking place November 10–12 at Atlantis Paradise Island, the conference’s 2026 edition marks the 15th anniversary of CHICOS with a return to the iconic destination where the event was first launched.
CHICOS 2026 will be presented in partnership with the Bahamas Investment Authority (BIA) and the Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation, convening more than 300 regional and international investors, developers, hotel brands, lenders, advisors, and government leaders to explore the opportunities shaping the future of Caribbean hospitality investment. Following the strong success of CHICOS 2025 in Curaçao, recognized for high quality networking and impactful industry connections, CHICOS is poised to build on that momentum in a destination known for accessibility, robust tourism infrastructure, and an active development pipeline. The Bahamas offers an ideal setting for productive conversation, strategic partnerships, and deal making.
“Returning to Atlantis for our 15th edition is a meaningful full circle moment for CHICOS,” said Parris Jordan, Chairman of CHICOS. “The Bahamas has long been a cornerstone of Caribbean tourism and investment, and this milestone year allows us to highlight both the destination’s strengths and the region’s evolving opportunities.”
The Government of The Bahamas expressed enthusiasm for hosting CHICOS 2026, noting the country’s continued appeal as a leading tourism and investment destination. With more than 3 million visitors to the nation in 2025 and growing interest in sectors such as hospitality, energy, and logistics, opportunities for development in The Bahamas are set to be showcased to investors and other interested parties. Attendees are also encouraged to experience the rich cultural attractions and activities the islands offer.
Backed by HVS, the most active hotel consultancy in the Caribbean, CHICOS remains the only hospitality investment conference in the region that rotates annually across different destinations—giving attendees first hand exposure to emerging markets and meaningful engagement with local stakeholders.
Additional details about the agenda, speakers, and sponsorship opportunities will be announced in the coming months. For more information about CHICOS 2026, please visit www.chicos.hvsconferences.com.
