Choice Hotels International has launched two marketing campaigns aimed at promoting its four extended stay brands.

Choice Hotels International has launched two marketing campaigns to showcase its extended-stay brands: Everhome Suites, MainStay Suites, Suburban Studios, and WoodSpring Suites. The campaigns, “Stay in Your Rhythm” and “The WoodSpring Way,” are designed to emphasize the amenities and services offered by these brands.

The “Stay in Your Rhythm” campaign emphasizes the importance of allowing guests to maintain their daily routines during extended stays. This includes the use of in-room kitchens, guest laundry facilities, fitness centers, and pet-friendly options available across all four brands. The campaign targets both business and leisure travelers who wish to maintain their regular activities while traveling.

The “The WoodSpring Way” campaign showcases the exceptional hospitality provided by WoodSpring Suites staff, emphasizing the creation of a home-like atmosphere for guests. This initiative showcases the dedication of property teams in cities such as Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, and Orlando to deliver a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Choice Hotels operates over 550 extended stay locations, with 51 under construction and more than 350 in the development pipeline. The campaigns are informed by research and guest feedback, indicating that travelers value efficiency, cleanliness, good value, and flexibility during their stays.

The marketing initiatives will be executed through various channels, including paid social media, ConnectedTV, digital display, and online video, and are set to run through the end of the year and into 2026.
