Aimbridge Hospitality has appointed Chris O’Donnell as President of its Select Service division, effective September 15.
Aimbridge Hospitality announced the appointment of Chris O’Donnell as President of its Select Service division, effective September 15. In his new role, O’Donnell will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Aimbridge’s Select Service division, focusing on operational performance and alignment with the company’s balanced scorecard framework. This framework tracks key metrics such as market share, profitability, and guest satisfaction across properties.
O’Donnell brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality leadership to his new position. His career began as a General Manager with Marriott, and he has since held senior roles at Magna Hospitality, White Lodging, and Marriott. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Atrium Hospitality, where he led operational strategy across a national portfolio.
The appointment is part of Aimbridge’s strategy to enhance its management team and improve operational outcomes within its Select Service division. The division is tasked with delivering value to hotel owners and ensuring guest satisfaction across its properties. O’Donnell’s leadership is expected to build on the existing foundation and drive further improvements in these areas.
