Most of us are having difficulty determining what online content is real and what is generated by artificial intelligence.

Most of us are having difficulty determining what is fact and what is fiction.

It is getting worse at an astonishing pace.

And most of us are doing nothing to fight the slide toward a world dominated by tech overlords and devoid of individualism.

Some say that it is too late; the genie is out of the bottle, and there is nothing we can do to stop the robots from taking over.

I disagree.

It is not too late to preserve the most beautiful things in life.

But it takes a little effort. It requires making a conscious decision NOT to accept the prescribed dystopian future.

It takes aligning yourself with people who actually care and want the best for humanity. And it is crucial that you be in a community in which you have access to information that you can trust.

Of course, this will seem self-serving – and it is – but I believe that you will find such a community at BIG-Media.ca. If you look under the hood, you will see that we are a community that is working hard to help people understand what is ACTUALLY going on in the world and is bringing people together on common ground (Middle Ground).

When we step away from the algorithms and emotional triggers, and when we understand fundamental principles of the most important matters, we do not argue with our neighbours and we do not spread lies and hatred. We are less likely to be chained to our smartphones and laptops.

And we are more likely to enjoy life.

It is not too late to get the pendulum moving back toward personal freedom and harmony.

We will continue to work from the high road and present extremely accurate and trustworthy news coverage. In the five years since launching BIG Media, we have done nothing but present facts and logical interpretation of the most pressing matters.

We have a team of beautiful minds (and hearts) that can filter out the noise and give you the information you need (BIG team growing in number and geographic diversity). They even help us to think critically (How to recognize when science becomes selective).

To be part of this community, you do not need to sacrifice a lot of time or money, and the benefits are many.

It is time to act. Join us.
