Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas has reported over $725 million in total sales and secured $781 million in construction financing, with vertical construction underway on its 171-residence, dual-tower project in the MacDonald Highlands community.
Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas announced it has surpassed $725 million in total sales and secured $781 million in construction financing for its 171-residence, dual-tower development located in the MacDonald Highlands community. The project has completed site excavation and foundation work, and vertical construction is now underway on both towers. Construction crews are advancing at approximately one floor per week per tower.
The development, led by Azure Resorts & Hotels in partnership with Luxus Developments and Two Roads Development, is progressing toward the topping-off of its North and South Towers at the end of 2026. As construction continues, available inventory is limited, with only two two-bedroom residences and one multi-level Sky Villa remaining.
The project was designed by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG), with interiors by Wimberly Interiors. Residences include expansive layouts, private terraces, semi-private elevators, private garages, and views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountain ranges. Four Seasons will provide residential services for the property.
In late 2025, the project announced a collaboration with RH Contract to offer fully furnished residence options tailored to the towers’ architecture and interior palettes. Upon completion, residents will have access to amenities including resort-style pools, wellness facilities, private dining and screening spaces, and a culinary destination in partnership with Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group.
Occupancy is projected for mid-2027. Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas is accepting ownership inquiries, with homes starting at $5 million.
