It’s officially hosting season, and that means plenty of opportunities to show off your above-average hosting prowess. Whether your vibe is more cozy and rustic or full-on over-the-top glam, now is the perfect time to pull out all the stops. You can focus your time and energy on curating a menu that’ll knock your guests’ socks off, mix up bespoke cocktails like a certifiable mixologist, or do it up with your selection of perfectly curated, timeless home decor. Whatever your preferred medium is, you’re only limited by your own imagination.

If you want it to snow inside, what’s stopping you? In the mood to deck the halls from floor to ceiling? The more the merrier! There’s truly no better time of year to be as extra as humanly possible or just succumb to the holly jolly vibes of the season. Regardless of whether you do the holidays big or small, though, there are a few non-negotiables you have to have to make the most of the season. Serving bowls, roasting pans, wine glasses, and more than a few boxes of Bota’s Nighthawk line to keep everybody happy, just to name a few.

But even more importantly than all those hosting essentials, you’ll need a sturdy set of mixing bowls that can double as veritable tabletop artwork to make getting it all done feel like even more of a breeze. Sure, you could just rely on your typical utilitarian stainless steel bowls that have stood the test of time, but we’re going for a full-on vibe here, and plain Jane (no offense to all the Janes out there) stainless steel just isn’t going to cut it. Luckily, we can always count on Costco to have just what we’re looking for, and their latest must-have find is anything but basic.

Enter: a stunning set of Tinted Pyrex Glass Mixing Bowls. This breathtaking vintage-inspired set features four bowls in varying sizes—3-cups, 5.5-cups, 9-cups, and 18-cups—with corresponding plastic lids. Each beautiful bowl boasts beautiful ribbed detailing around the exterior and comes in either a soft, muted green or a multi-colored set that features green, blue, pink, and teal hues. Additionally, the bowls themselves are made of durable tempered glass, so you can heat them in the microwave without worrying about them cracking or breaking.

The entire 8-piece set is dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe, making it an incredibly versatile addition to your hosting arsenal, and it doesn’t hurt that it’s incredibly stylish, too. Most importantly, you’ll only have to part with a mere $25.99 to get your hands on the set, which works out to just about $6.50 per completed bowl. Even if you aren’t keen on these stunning bowls for your own kitchen, the set would make a great early Christmas gift that we would happily receive. Personally speaking, I’m sold, but if you still need some convincing, all it takes is a scroll through the various 5-star reviews to glean first-hand insights into what other shoppers think.

“This set is very versatile, durable, and a great price from Costco! I use these bowls for a variety of ways: mixing bowl, baking casseroles in the oven, cutting up apples, etc., just overall fantastic bowls,” said one decidedly pleased shopper. “I love these bowls! They are so pretty and useful in my kitchen!” someone else commented. It seems the only negatives were that they tend to go out of stock quicker than people can snap them up. Nothing average about that! Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’ve got a Costco run to make.
