Courtyard by Marriott plans to open a 334-room hotel in San Diego’s Little Italy in summer 2025.
Courtyard by Marriott is set to open a new hotel in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood in the summer of 2025. The hotel will feature 334 rooms located at 1646 Front St., San Diego, CA 92101, currently the site of The Little Italy Hotel.
The new hotel will offer amenities including a skydeck pool, sunset terrace, fitness studio, business center, and a sundry shop. The hotel will also provide over 10,000 square feet of event space, including ballrooms, boardrooms, and meeting suites.
The hotel is within walking distance of local attractions such as Petco Park, the Embarcadero, the San Diego Convention Center, and the Gaslamp Quarter. It is approximately ten minutes from the airport, providing convenient access for travelers.
The Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Downtown Little Italy will also feature a restaurant and lobby bar offering Mediterranean-California cuisine.
