The Bright Group has officially opened the Dayton Vitality Hotel, a new property connected to the Dayton Convention Center.

The Dayton Vitality Hotel is directly linked to the Dayton Convention Center through a skywalk, positioning it as a convenient location for business and leisure travelers. The property is part of a broader initiative by The Bright Group to expand its presence in key U.S. markets.

Located in the heart of Dayton, the hotel aims to support the ongoing downtown revitalization efforts. It features a range of amenities designed to cater to modern travelers, including a pool, an advanced fitness center, and a rooftop bar offering panoramic city views. The hotel also provides extensive meeting and event spaces, making it suitable for various corporate and social gatherings.

The Dayton Vitality Hotel introduces several tech-forward services, such as self-check-in, aligning with the growing trend of digital convenience in the hospitality industry. The hotel’s design emphasizes a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, with guest rooms and communal spaces crafted to enhance the overall guest experience.

This opening in Dayton follows the launch of Vitality Memphis in the summer of 2024 and is the second flagship location under The Bright Group’s Vitality brand. The Bright Group has outlined plans for additional openings under the Vitality brand. These include a hotel in Marietta, GA, targeting a debut in late August 2025; others in Orlando, FL; Tulsa, OK; and Reading, PA, with openings scheduled for 2025 and 2026.
