Ennismore has signed agreements for new Delano hotels in New York and London, alongside the reopening of Delano Miami Beach in early 2026.

Ennismore has announced the signing of two new Delano hotels in New York and London, with plans to reopen the original Delano Miami Beach in early 2026. The expansion is part of a strategic initiative to enhance Delano’s presence in key global markets.

The Delano SoHo New York will be located on Spring Street in Hudson Square, currently operating as The Dominick. The hotel will feature 391 guestrooms and suites, along with expansive event spaces. The location is known for its proximity to SoHo’s galleries, boutiques, and restaurants.

In London, Delano will open near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The property will include 67 guest rooms and suites. The ground-floor restaurant will be curated by Ennismore’s F&B Platform, introducing a new dining concept to London. The hotel will also feature a version of Miami’s Rose Bar.

The Delano Miami Beach, located in South Beach, will reopen with 171 guestrooms and suites. The property will include four restaurant and bar concepts, including a recreation of the Rose Bar. The design will incorporate the building’s Art Deco roots.

These developments follow Ennismore’s partnership with Cain, which acquired a minority stake in Delano in 2024. Ennismore also appointed Ben Pundole as Chief Brand Officer for Delano, focusing on brand growth and cultural relevance.

The expansion into New York and London, along with the reopening in Miami, aims to strengthen Delano’s position in the global hospitality market. The brand has recently opened locations in Dubai and Paris, with additional projects planned in Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakesh, and Costa Rica.
