Denise Austin Just Dropped New Swimsuit Photos—and Fans Can't Believe She's 69

Denise Austin is showing the world how stunning and confident she is at 69.

The workout queen rose to fame with her line of exercise tapes and DVDs that got millions of Americans to be active. She went on to become a force in the movement for activity and even served as a member of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Now known for her Fit Over 50 magazine and app, Austin is still going strong and looking better than ever. In a new series of bathing suit photos, Austin posed joyfully while enjoying the summer sun. She looks so good that commenters couldn’t believe how ageless she looks.

Austin Recently Turned 69

Recently, Austin took to Instagram to share a photo of herself stepping outside on her 69th birthday in a floral bikini. With her bouncy blonde hair and phenomenal body, it’s hard to believe she’s 69. It’s safe to say her dedicated fitness regimen is working well!

Austin’s Daughter, Katie, Looks Just Like Her

In a recent side-by-side Instagram post, Denise shared a photo of herself from back in the ’90s wearing her trademark blue leotard and a bright yellow jacket. In the present-day photo, her daughter Katie Austin wears the same outfit. Clearly, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree!

Austin Loves a Throwback Photo

Austin loves to recreate her old photos and videos. She has even held on to all her old workout outfits, and with her devoted fitness regimen, they all still fit. In a recent side-by-side photo, Austin wears the same red leotard from an old photo shoot and recreates the shot.
