The new mechanics and content being added in Diablo 4 season 10 are themed around “chaos,” which takes many forms. During this season, you’ll have access to Chaos Perks, abilities that change and improve the already existing skills of each class. There will be four slots for Chaos Perks, and the powers you can equip are of different rarities, going from Magic to Unique.

To find more chaos perks, you need to explore the Chaos Rifts. You may find these rifts while running Nightmare dungeons or fighting your way through waves of demons in Helltides. Activate a rift, and waves of demons will spawn, thirsty for blood. If you prevail, you’ll receive a certain amount of Infernal Warp (the seasonal currency), pieces of equipment, and more. At the same time, powers that you can equip using the Chaos Perk system might drop from the enemies coming out of the rift once they are dead.

During Diablo 4 seaosn 10, there are treasures to be found as well. Season 10 of Diablo 4 brings Chaos Armors, Unique armor pieces with stronger abilities. Chaos Armors aren’t just better versions of already good equipment though. These Unique powers will come in slots where the original Unique armor pieces can’t be placed, giving you room for new combinations and builds.

There’s some permanent content coming to Diablo 4 in season 10 as well. This time, Infernal Hordes, a key endgame activity, are receiving a massive update that will bring changed versions of already known enemies and new foes as well. Fighting them will give you the chance to face off against the new boss, Bartuc, the Vizjerei Warlord.
