On the penultimate episode of the Food Network’s culinary gauntlet competition show 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing season 2, viewers were left with a cliffhanger regarding the final five heading into the finale. Four of the five were revealed, but the final spot was left up in the air to kick off the two-hour final on Sunday, May 25.

But we think the Food Network might have let the cat out of the bag on Tuesday, May 20. Read on to find out why we think that and who made it to the finale, but beware of spoilers ahead. Don’t keep reading if you don’t want to be spoiled.

If you’ll recall, during episodes 6 and 7, Chef Gabe Bertaccini was sent home after a grueling three-part challenge. Four chefs were also declared safe and advanced to the finale: Stephanie Izard, Nini Nguyen, Jonathon Sawyer and Bryan Voltaggio.

The final spot was up for grabs between three chefs who were in the bottom after the final challenge: Kevin Lee, Kelsey Murphy and Kathleen O’Brien Price. The show left their fates up in the air at the end of Sunday’s episode.

However, on Tuesday night (May 20) during the new episode of Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out, hosted by Brian Malarkey, a promo for the 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing season 2 finale aired, and it showed Stephanie, Nini, Sawyer and Bryan, and Kevin as the final five. Kathleen and Kelsey were nowhere to be seen in the commercial.

Now, this certainly could be just some purposeful editing to throw viewers off, or perhaps the editor for the commercial simply didn’t know who to include, and this is a coincidence. But we would not be surprised if it turns out that Kelsey and Kathleen are the two chefs sent home at the top of the two-hour finale.

We’ll just have to wait and see. In the meantime, here is what viewers can look forward to from the two-hour finale on Sunday. The final episodes are simply called “Shift 8: Part 1” and “Shift 8: Part 2.” The description for them reads:

“In the final shift featuring elevation, co-hosts Michael Symon and Esther Choi give the five weary finalists a challenge that will be familiar to them. This sets the course for the final three challenges, which will require making an elevated breakfast, lunch and dinner for judges Antonia Lofaso, Graham Elliot and Jet Tila. But as these chefs have come to learn, these last challenges will not be quite what they expected.”

24 in 24: Last Chef Standing airs Sunday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Food Network.
