Diego Stembert Named General Manager for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla announces the appointment of Diego Stembert as its new General Manager. A native of San Sebastián, Spain, Stembert brings a wealth of international hospitality experience and a passion for excellence and innovation to his new role.

Stembert’s journey in hospitality began after earning his Diploma in International Hotel Management from Le Roches Global Hospitality Education in Marbella, Spain. He honed his expertise in prestigious properties across his home country, including The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort in Marbella, The Westin Palace in Madrid, and Hotel Alfonso XIII, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Seville.

The allure of island life soon led him to Mauritius, where he served as director of rooms and later as director of operations at The Grand Mauritian, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa.

In 2010, Stembert began his Four Seasons journey at Four Seasons Resort Nevis as Director of Rooms. Over the next three and a half years, he advanced through key leadership roles, including Executive Assistant Manager and Resort Manager. His flourishing career earned him further opportunities within the brand, including General Manager roles at Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora and Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires. Prior to these appointments, he also served as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City.

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Stembert enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Loubna – whom he met on his first day of hotel school – and their two children, Sofia and Nicolas. As a family, they love playing tennis, spending days at the beach, and traveling to new destinations.

With his wealth of experience and deep passion for hospitality, Stembert is set to further elevate the guest experience at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla.
