Beloved country superstar Dolly Parton has an exciting new venture in the works.
There may not be a harder-working person in show business than Dolly Parton. In the last few months, she has launched a signature collection at Dollar General, opened up an exhibition called Dolly Parton: Journey of a Seeker at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, launched her own line of frozne meals, and the musical based on her life, DOLLY: A True Original Musical, makes its world premiere in Nashville on July 18.
But she’s not done for 2025. On Instagram on Saturday, June 21, the country legend teased a big new project.
“Something is coming…” Parton wrote on her Instagram stories. If you comment on the story, you get a DM from the account that says, “Thank you for signing up. Keep an eye on your email inbox to be the first to hear Dolly’s exciting news!”

The confirmation email reads, “Keep an eye on your email inbox for exciting news coming your way very soon!”
Any guesses about what it could be? She did recently record “Home Sweet Home” with Motley Crue, so maybe that has something to do with it?
Let the speculation begin!
Meanwhile, Parton is as humble as ever. When she gave a speech at the opening of her Journey of a Seeker exhibit, she said that she never could have imagined that all her little girl dreams would come true like this.
“I’m so happy and proud to be here, I’m like Minnie Pearl, so proud to be here! And I am, I was so honored many, many years ago when they inducted me into the Country Music Hall of Fame…I just think it’s wonderful that I have been able to see my little girl dreams come true. It’s a long ways from the top of the Smoky Mountains to the top of the world, and thanks to you and all the fans and the people that have helped me along the way. I made it. I’m so grateful because it didn’t come without sacrifice,” said Parton.
