• Downtown Raleigh Welcomes Dual Branded Tempo by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotel

Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, has become home to Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown and Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown. The two hotels, the first of their brand in North Carolina, are owned by CN Hotels and managed by McKibbon Hospitality. The dual-brand hotel brings 261 new guestrooms to Raleigh’s ever-expanding market.

The hotels are strategically located for guests to easily access Raleigh’s downtown business offices and popular local attractions such as the Raleigh Convention Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, Capitol building, and the Martin Marietti Center for Performing Arts.

Karan Patel, vice president of CN Hotels, expressed excitement about the opening of the new hotels, noting that they were designed with Raleigh’s visitors and residents in mind. Tempo by Hilton, one of Hilton’s newest brands, aims to provide a unique lodging option. At the same time, Homewood Suites offers a home-like experience ideal for extended stay guests.

Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown is designed to focus on comfort and convenience. It boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center and wellness guestroom options featuring Peloton bikes, yoga mats, resistance bands, and other wellness equipment. The hotel’s 127 spacious rooms also feature art pieces from Raleigh’s arts community and spa-inspired amenities.

In a commitment to sustainable operations, Tempo’s lobby features a Hydration Bar offering various types of filtered water. Additionally, in partnership with Planet Water Foundation and Klean Kanteen, the hotel sells reusable water bottles, with a portion of the proceeds supporting water-insecure communities worldwide.

Meanwhile, Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown offers 134 apartment-style suites with separate living and sleeping spaces and fully equipped kitchens. The pet-friendly hotel also provides a daily complimentary breakfast and a weekly evening reception. It shares a fitness center with Tempo, catering to guests’ wellness needs.

The dual-brand hotel also houses Moonsong Bar + Cafe, offering a range of food options for guests and locals alike. The cafe is the creation of the Australian coffee concept Bluestone Lane, specializing in clean and natural food options. A rooftop bar, Urban Oak, is set to open early next year on the 13th floor of the building. Inspired by Raleigh’s nickname, the City of Oaks, the bar will offer tapas, cocktails, live music, and impressive views of downtown Raleigh.
