THE RESULTS

By leveraging metasearch campaigns through the Cendyn Digital Marketing Platform, Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts achieved strong year-over-year growth (2025 vs. 2024).

Performance improved across all key metrics, with a 3% increase in clicks and a 7% uplift in conversion rate, driving a 10% rise in direct bookings. Revenue efficiency also strengthened, with revenue per click up 7% and total direct revenue generated increasing by 10%.

While desktop performance continues to grow and deliver strong results, mobile performance was particularly impressive, with a 10% YoY increase in clicks, a 14% uplift in mobile CVR, and a 15% improvement in ROAS, reaching 29:1—highlighting continued mobile momentum in today’s online travel landscape.

Overall, the campaigns delivered an impressive 28x return on ad spend (ROAS), underscoring the impact of a more optimized and data-driven digital strategy.
